For a small investigation on the public space at the building in the Rijnstraat, The Hague, I made some rough sketches. From top to bottom: 1. The new square, created by removing one of the slabs of the building. At mail level there is a public cafeteria, the lobby for the building and some shops. Drawing 2. The lobby with the art collection and the entrance for the employees. Drawing 3, the fourth floor looking down to the square and cafeteria (ground floor), the restaurant for the employees (second floor) and the informal working spaces (fourth floor).
